DELIVERY INFORMATION
At Petmagicmarket we do not have a minimum ordering level, however all orders under £70 (excluding VAT) carry an additional delivery fee. All orders over £70 (excluding VAT) will receive free delivery. Delivery charges will be confirmed at the time your order is placed.
Standard Delivery
If you live within UK mainland, you can expect your order to be delivered within three working days by one of our nominated couriers.
Dropship T&C’s
For clarification the following explains the terminology used in these terms and conditions:
Retailer = YOU
Customer = YOUR CUSTOMER
Drop shipper = UK
Orders:
Petmagicmarket will dispatch a drop ship order in most cases for next working day delivery (Mon-Fri) so long as Petmagicmarket receives the order by 11am (Mon-Fri). Petmagicmarket will notify you via email with a delivery date your customer can expect to receive the product. All orders must be emailed to: service@petmagicmarket.com.
Delivery:
Petmagicmarket requires a full delivery address including postcode, email and telephone number of your customer.
Petmagicmarket cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive with the customer due to errors made by the customer or by you when entering the address details into an order to us.
Please ensure that you check all details before confirming your order.
Please also note deliveries made to business addresses or your place of work are considered received once they arrive at the address. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item is safely received.
Your customer is responsible for the order once the package arrives at the supplied delivery address.
Petmagicmarket cannot be held responsible if the package goes missing once delivered.
If any goods are received damaged your customer must notify you within 48 hours of receiving them. Petmagicmarket must then be notified within 72 hours after the expected delivery time.
Deliveries are usually made by a 3rd party courier. We are to give instructions to the courier with regards to leaving items elsewhere such as with neighbours, or in sheds. Any such instructions entered on your order form will be added to the delivery notes.
Payment:
Payment methods are Credit/Debit Cards or BACS. 30 day accounts are available subject to status, if account application is successful your first order will be pro-forma.
Payment in full is required prior to any order being dispatched to your customer. Failure to abide by this will result in the order being delayed, until full payment is received. If payment hasn’t been received after 5 working days the order will be cancelled.
